Location

We are tucked into the western most county in Maryland, Garrett County.  Here in Moutain Maryland there are tons of hiking, biking and water activities throughout the county.  We even have a great waterfall located just 20 min from the campground, Swallow Falls State Park.

Grantsville Maryland is a small town that has some big heart!  Enjoy The Casselman Bridge and artisan shops with lots of rich history in the Spruce Village.  There are also many farmers markets in nearby Springs PA and near Deep Creek Lake just 20 minutes away.

Want to see more than just nature?? Deep Creek Lake is a great location to visit to enjoy major water activities (boating, water skiing), golfing and even a mountain coaster.  Enjoy ropes courses, mini-golf and arcades for the kids.  In Alleghany County you can experience the Historic Railroad and also bike/hike the Great Alleghany Passage (GAP). 

We now offer WI-FI to guests free of charge. We can't guarantee its speed, due to area limitations, but it's typically ok for general communication and connectivity.  

NOTE: Cell service is also limited depending on your carrier.  However, once connected to WI-FI, you can use it to make calls/texts.

While not having great cell service and WI-FI can be an inconvenience, it's also nice to unplug!

The bathhouse is available to all guests.  It's been recently renovated to include heat, new fixtures, toilets, hot showers and a changing area.  

The water is potable. 

Just outside the bathhouse, we have an RV water filling station and a wash sink for guests.

Our most important amenities are tranquility, nature, clean air, clean water and an opportunity to enjoy the simple things in life! Come to enjoy the outdoors, rest, relax and reflect.  Take time to slow down and enjoy the beauty of nature.  

Listen to birds sing, owls hoot and maybe even hear a howling coyote in the distance.
